Please read the readme ;-) in your Iris directory.

You have to install UO 3D Client because Iris needs the Models directory. The Models directory includes 3D Grannys models for your character/Animal/Monsters.

Thanks , I got it working .... it looks so much better than it used to !

Is there a way to turn the view distance up tons ?

Every option is written down in Data\config.lua.dist file.

What you have todo is, copy/paste the option you want to change into your Data\config.lua file.

for example, put this in your config.lua:

gSightRange = 6

please read the FAQ and our Wiki for more infos everything is explained there.
