Hi, it's my first post here. I managed to compile iris2 with *hopefully* all dependencies right, and I'm very excited by this project. I stumbled into a problem while launching ./start.sh from the main iris2 directory: Code: ERROR : iris2 could not find your ultima-online directory (searchpath : /home/myusername/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/Ultima Online)
The config.lua gUOPath var is correctly set up, and the path is correct. Ultima Online was already installed under the Wine dir tree, but iris2 keeps on whining about not finding the UO dir. Am I doing somehting wrong? |

hi and welcome =) i think you need to add a slash at the end of the path in the config.lua (i just added a check for this to our code, sorry) e.g. gUOPath = "/home/myusername/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/Ultima Online/" if that still doesn't work, maybe the space in the uo-dirname is a problem, please try changing the foldername |
