Hello, WOW. I'm very impressed with iris! Quick question, I am looking for a shard that is the closest to the original UO and supports IRIS. Also, How to I get rid of the "HUD" text at the top of the screen? Thanks! (FYI I have it running on ubuntu 8.10 no problems) |

iris should work on all shards, some might not allow third party programs though. to get rid of the bar : try adding gHideMemoryUsage = true to config/config.lua if you like the old original preaos gameplay and don't mind a lot of pks and pvp happening, try http://www.uogamers.com/ (hybrid) if you're more the peaceful crafter/pvm type, and don't mind a bunch of extensions of the original crafting system, equip and pets, try http://www.vetus-mundus.de/ this one also officially supports iris, and has a dedicated forum section for it. many german players, but also a few english ones around. more shards : http://iris2.de/index.php/FreeShardLists |
