First of all I want to thank you for Iris2, its a great alternative client and I really appreciate your work.

While it's possible to have a wide-ranged look in 3D mode you are only able to see a small bunch of mapsectors in 2D.
I wonder if it's possible to draw the ongoing map and statics to have some sort of preview preventing those black holes in larger zoom scapes from appearing.

Later I tried to use Iris2 along with some heavy modded .mul files and got an error while using sphere56b and a complete crash while using runuo2rc2.

I'm wondering the same thing, is it possible?
