For anyone interested in running UOAM (UO Automap) with Iris2 on a Windows system, the file below may be helpful. This is a win32 port of UOAMHub, using the latest Cygwin 1.7 beta (source included).
Previously you needed a *nix server to run UOAMHub so that Iris2 could (indirectly) update the UOAM map with your current position.

There is a text file in the archive with the instructions below for using UOAMHub with Iris2

=======================
I just wanted to say that after all these years of playing UO that
it's exciting to see such a promising 3D client emerging. Kudos to
the Iris2 developers!
A quick note on using this server with the Iris2 client. My current
recommendation is to set up UOAM with just a 'space' character for
the 'Name:' under Link > Link controls (so that this bogus name won't
display on the UOAM map). The reason is that UOAM is not connected
directly to Iris2. Since you won't be running Razor or UOAssist with
Iris2, UOAM has no way of receiving position updates directly from the
client. Instead, UOAM will be sending a bogus position to the UOAMHub
server (or possibly none at all, I didn't dig too deeply into the
protocol). You can set your Iris2 client with the actual name you want
displayed, and then once both Iris2 and UOAM are linked to the server
you can set UOAM to 'track' your Iris2 user instead.
It appears that multiple people are able to connect to the server
using just a 'space' as the username for UOAM, apparently they just
compete over sending the same bogus position for that user. Groups
or guilds running Iris2 may find this workaround useful as well.
