not having much luck getting iris2 playable on pangaea, getting packed not fully processed messages and cant interact with objects very well, nor walk. i'll be turning on the debugging stuff and playing with it more tonight, was just trolling for anyone who's already done this and might have an answer already.

You need to checkout the right UO Version your server is running and configure this in Iris2.

I've got it pretty close now, some of the gumps draw wrong, dragging stacks of items has a few issues, and i cant figure out how to rename pets (clicking the pets health bar isnt working). but its playable enough that its fun. If the gumps annoy me enough i'll see if i can find a way to get them going properly and maybe post up my shard config file.

i have to switch the version to 6.0.x or i get various bad things. also that ip address is outdated.
