Can Iris2 work in 3d mode withouth UO-Client data? Maybe some files in the same format is enough (maps for example)?

there's a lot of tools made by the uo-community for creating custom maps and other things,
so those could be used to create the needed files, but it'd be a lot of work :

map (terrain + statics = furniture & house positions)
sounds and music
artmap + anims : gui stuff like paperdoll (clothes, weapons, button icons) , backpack/containers (items and background image for the container) , spell book images / icons, fonts (text)
gumps (all sorts of dialogs sent by the server, eg crafting, quests, message of the day, message system, custom systems...)
some of the .def files and tiletypes (type names, replacement order etc)
radarcolors for terraintype->color used in compass
house-type definitions (clientside multis, mostly player build houses of the predefined shapes)
hue (mostly for gui, color palettes to make different variants of one base item)

also for 3d mode all characters/clothes/weapons and monster/animal 3d models are loaded from uo data,
iris itself provides the models for statics e.g. furniture, walls, trees, building parts, items etc.
