You will use an other file format or the .mul with new icons inside?
The new icons will be under free licence and usable for Iris user or only Iris Showcase player?
There are any tutorial to make new Incons ?

hi Suwing, For all Iris users and i also prefer free for all. Like under any CC license. Any format you want. But better take PNG (for transparency). Size: 64x64 Colors: 24BPP I show you some really nice Icons, i like very much: http://freeartsearch.schattenkind.net/a ... view/16839 or http://freeartsearch.schattenkind.net/a ... view/16857 i like this style. If you create icons, make a plain image and a background template. Hi. I am looking to do some icons like this hand http://iris2.de/images/e/e9/Artmul_items03.gif. And 3d render may be nice what you think? It may be developed slowly because I don't have much time to do it. But I will try 
To the horse icon I may release it -> http://img247.imageshack.us/my.php?imag ... ohiii8.png under free license doing some change to look more like a icon. I don't have the *.blend file anymore to do a new render or other angle and will be necessary extract the background to do it transparent. Cya |

hi =) all help is welcome. horse looks good, a pity that you don't have the .blend anymore. Sience knows best what is needed most, he's spending xmas and newyear with his family, he should be back until the end of next week. |

Hi, ahm not Eri only, but for Iris-Testshard (we also want to include it into Iris as optional GUI) we want to use a completly new gui. New Hotbars, Gumps, Icons...aso. regards Florian |

uhm, sience, a gui redesign is a lot of programming work as well, especially with hotbars and so on ... and we're all quite busy with other code at the moment, so i don't think this is a good idea right now. |

I spoke with Gor (Darian) and the thing he want todo is a gui. So you can't say, no don't do it. It's like you. You also want to code this or this, but not that .
Of couse he can do a fresh design. I think this needs a lot of work. I know, that we have much other todos on our roadmap. What other things come to your mind with 2D pixelart we really need? |

Make s screenshot of something I can work on. I'll then post some result/suggestions so we can find a look for the gui. |
