Ok I was thinking about doing some graphics for Iris, just to see where it goes, I have the max exporter and all. but I've noticed some glitches in the iris graphics when im on the map, the 3d tree tops don't always meet the tree bottoms. why not make the tree one whole idem in 3d, theirs no real need for the foliage to be seperate, the map has to be fixed because some of the 3d files are a little off from the iris client, which makes sence as the original data files were not built for 3d. I'm just wondering where your trying to go with iris,. etc.

hi =)
felucca/desolation season removes any foilage, so that's probably why the models are seperate.
fixing the map : it's part of the uo install, and we can't distribute modified files of that.
A few better tree models would be cool =)

hi mogmoogle,

i think we talked in the runuo forum?

We want todo a great looking UO compatible Client.

We have two seperate Renderers.

The original 2D one, which displays nearly the same as the osi Client does.

And we have our 3D Renderer wich displays our own 3D Tiles (meshes) and the granny Character Models from he original UO:3d Client.

We cannot distribute/or change any original GFX but we have to use it because we don't have that manpower to reccreate all graphics (esp. Character Animation and Models).

I dunno if you could include a diff/patch file which would patch the existing graphic ;)
