I know this is an extremely simple solution... but that's what I usually over look.. well here is what it says when trying to start.

what ogre settings are you using ?
OpenGL ? DirectX ?

Try OpenGL With Low Properties:

For ex:
800x600 Resolution
16 Bit Color Depth
Windowed Screen

I think it has something to do with config files... but I can't edit LUA files with notepad, wont let me save.

the folder contains iris2 files there is a file name "ogre.cfg" delete it and restart iris, you'll see the config window.

this is a client you know, not all free shards supports this client.

on the other hand, this client still needs some work, and some server side changes.

Sience's SunUO Shard Fully Support Iris2 Client.
(Disabled Some Futures, Spell Systems etc.)
