Hello, just first getting Iris2, trying to make it work.
I have the latest runuo server, 2.1 rev 605.
On that server is Ultima Online(regular, not iris) 7.0.10.3
On my client pc is Iris2.

I logged in fine, but in 3d mode everyones naked, isnt even anything on the paperdoll.
In 2d mode not only is everyone still naked, but my human model for my char is changeed to some big blue thing that looks like it may have a beak...........

Definatly not correct.

elves and gargoyles are probably broken, try non-elf humans.

did you download download one the old uoml installers from the links on our websites and patch it up or something different ?

Downloaded the Ultima Online Mondains Legacy installer from you, and patched it up to 7.0.10.3

You can try iris updater -> latest/unstable.
If that doesn't help, iris development is currently on halt, so no easy solution for that, sorry.
