Thought I would check out iris again and see how it looks and plays after seeing those new(ish) screenies. They look GREAT by the way. you could try to remove the ogre.cfg and start iris again. this resets the graphic settings. |

I did what you said and it did not work and I just kept trying and randomly it worked a few times on unstable.
