Hi all. I have the trouble of directx, but I updated to 9.0c and the trouble continues: You can't find D3dx9_33.dll ... (Isn't exactly, but I have the error in spanish) After that, appears: OGRE EXCEPTION(7:InternalErrorException): Could not load dynamic library .\RenderSystem_Direct3D9. System Error: ***No se puede encontrar el módulo especificado.*** in DynLib::load at ..\src\OgreDynLib.cpp (line 80) ***The spanish part: It can't find the specific module. |

I had a similar problem. Did you download and install the newest directx from Microsoft? They apparently released a new version but still call it 9.0c. |

Just download the dll and put it in the bin folder that fixes the problem. |

Okay. TO the develper team: Add the dll in the bin folder when install for make easiest to all. |

No. We don't. MS don't allow the distribution of thier dlls without their runtime. Follow our install instructions. Install the newest directx runtime. This fixes many bugs in directx and solves a lot of problems. DirectX 9c is not always DirectX 9c. It depends on the release, and MS releases every 1/4 year a new runtime  .
We dont pack this directx runtime to iris installer, because most people have this already. The D3dx9_33.dll is from the runtime august 2006 ! greetz |
